Michael is a seasoned CPA, CEO, Entrepreneur and Family Investment Manager/Advisor. He has earned various licenses in the securities industry including FINRA Series 24, 27, 7, 63, 65 and 3. Michael founded Liccar CPAs in 1988 which specializes in financial, tax and regulatory reporting for the alternative and private investments industry. He has managed diversified family investment portfolios for over 30 years. Michael founded, funded and operated multiple US and non-US small businesses as well as a non-profit charitable organization. He is active in local government and civic affairs as well as a number of non-profit organizations.
