Mycliks Inc. today announced the filing of a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) relating to a proposed initial public offering (IPO) of its common stock.The number of shares to be offered are 5,000,000 and the price for the offering is $1/share as determined by the company. In connection with the proposed IPO, Mycliks intends to apply to list its common stock on the OTCQB (OTC) market
