Natacha Sommer, Award -Winning International Executive Coach was recently selected as Top Executive Coach & Owner of the Year for 2020 by the International Association of Top Professionals (IAOTP) for her initiative and commitment to the coaching industry.
While inclusion with the International Association of Top Professionals is an honor in itself, only a few members in each discipline are chosen for this distinction. These special honorees are distinguished based on their professional accomplishments, academic achievements, leadership abilities, longevity in the field, other affiliations and contributions to their communities. All honorees are invited to attend IAOTP’s annual award gala at the end of this year for a night to honor their achievements.
With over a decade of professional experience, Natacha demonstrated success in the Financial Industry. As a dynamic results-driven leader she has excelled in every position she has ever had the honor of serving. Her impressive repertoire of prior roles have included, the delivery of regional and global projects as well as her coordination of global strategic institutional projects. Natacha is Portuguese and fluent in English and this knowledge has created an opening for her to assist a wide range of clientele. Currently, she is focused on effectively guiding and supporting professional executive women accelerate their career growth through leadership coaching and unique empowerment skills. Natacha’s self-development, has driven her to help other women succeed in their careers and at life.
Before embarking on her professional career path, Natacha received her Bachelor in Economics from NOVA University Lisbon in 2006. She earned a Master’s Degree in Finance from the Catholic University of Portugal in 2010. She attended the Strategies for Leadership Program at IMD Business School in 2017. In 2019, she attended the International Coaching Academy school to become a Certified Professional Coach.

She will be honored at their Annual Awards Gala being held at the Plaza Hotel in New York City in December.
Looking back, Natacha attributes her success to her perseverance, mentors she has had the honor of working alongside and her ability to understand her clients. When not working, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family and friends. In the future, Natacha, “Hopes to leave a legacy where women are much more recognized and visible because they are more daring. She is on a mission to elevate women all around the world.”
