Nav.it Inc. today announced the appointment of business strategist and financial leader Naozer Dadachanji as President & Chief Operating Officer.

Naozer Dadachanji was formerly the Co-Head of the active equity business at Barclays Global Investors, and after that firm’s acquisition by BlackRock was the Head of Product and Investments for iShares. Since leaving BlackRock nine years ago Dadachanji has been an investor in, and advisor to several early-stage companies, including CamberView Partners, where he was a co-founder, Archer, and BridgeAthletic. Dadchanji’s significant experience as an operator, financier, and business leader will power the firm into the next stage of hyper-growth.
