Prior to serving in her current position as CEO of Bonner Communications, Noelle was the PR Director for TWELV Magazine and worked as a Junior Associate for Sitrick Company.

In 2019 Noelle received the Young Entrepreneur Award from the San Francisco African American Chamber of Commerce during their Juneteenth Award Ceremony. In 2017, she received the PRNews Rising PR Stars 30 and Under Award. And in 2016 and 2018, The Sun Reporter named Noelle as one of its “Talented 25” and “Talented 100,” respectively.
The International Association of Top Professionals (IAOTP) will be honoring Noelle for her award this December at its Annual Awards Gala being held at the Plaza Hotel in New York City. For 2020 she is being considered for a feature article in TIP (Top Industry Professional) Magazine and also for the Empowered Woman of the Year Award.
