With a turnaround of two months, Cristina and her teams of dedicated local experts dared to dream at a time when the world was almost at a standstill. Managing challenging travel restrictions in both the US and Italy, Cristina Verger planned and flawlessly executed a 41st birthday party in NYC and a boutique wedding in a private palazzo in Ravello, Italy, on the same weekend in July.
The party saw an ecstatic birthday girl being treated to a limo ride, full hair & make-up with her girlfriends and a whimsical celebration with an Alice in Wonderland-themed cake with forty guests at Mandarin Oriental. The wedding was a completely bespoke, luxurious three-day experience including a fleet of private yachts cruising between Ischia, Procida and Capri islands, and a week-long post-wedding celebration with the bridal party and selected guests in the Eolie archipelago.

The latter part of the year saw Cristina flying back to the US to organize a western-style wedding in a Wyoming ranch, where fifty guests spent a fun-packed weekend trying their hand at archery, horseback riding, zip lining, and more. The weekend ended with a foot-stomping bluegrass band and DJ set that kept those cowboy boots dancing till the early hours.
With her 20+ years of experience in both continents, Cristina spent 2021 strengthening relationships with local partners to uncover the most beautiful, off-the-beaten-path locations and 5-star properties around Italy & Europe. This culminated in opening her Rome office to support the NYC one moving forward, allowing the company to set a firm foot in both the US and Europe and continue to bridge worlds through bespoke, luxury event planning.
