North Naples resident has expressed grave concerns regarding the custom pool design services offered by Outside Productions, Inc. and CEO Pat Trefz based on a custom pool they designed for a residence which did not function as designed. A $350,000+ custom pool was designed by Outside Productions, but failed to operate as designed. Furthermore, this has resulted in the residence being burdened with a non-functioning pool.
The General Contractor and the Pool subcontractor have also expressed concerns on the quality and legitimacy of the work performed by Pat Trefz and his team at Outside Productions.
When issues arose with the functionality of the pool the CEO of the company, Pat Trefz, hired an attorney to represent him instead of working to try to resolve the issue amicably with the resident. The carelessness showcased over the course of business and the unwillingness to resolve the issue with the client paints a picture that highlights the Mr. Pat Trefz’s non-interest in offering a quality service. Instead, Outside Productions aims to produce custom plans that will hold up to initial scrutiny to receive payment without ensuring that the custom plans work in reality. To make matters worse, it has been reported that Mr. Trefz refuses to even respond to his clients when things are brought to his attention.
