Pathcom, Inc. announces the promotion of Owen Murphy to the position of Manager of Operations. Murphy replaces long-time employee Jerry O’Neill, who retired at the end of December. He will be responsible for both Pathcom’s and its sister company iPath Cloud Solutions’ installation, service and help desk efforts. In addition, he will assist in the assessment of new product offerings.
In his position as a Senior Network Engineer, Murphy was instrumental in positioning iPath Cloud Solution to become one of the premier providers of cloud-based telecommunications solutions in the Mid-Atlantic states. He also spearheaded projects to augment our existing offerings with access control, surveillance, and wireless network systems products.
Murphy brings with him eight years of experience in the Internet Telephony Service Provider Industry, as well as a wealth of expertise in premise-based telecommunications systems. He holds a B.S. Degree in Information and Technology from Penn State University.
