Scottsdale, AZ. November 23, 2020 – This GivingTuesday, the Patriot Golf Foundation will inspire generosity by offering an opportunity for donors to be selected to receive an autographed copy of “Golf My Way” by Jack Nicklaus.
GivingTuesday is a global generosity movement, unleashing the power of people and organizations to transform their communities and their world. GivingTuesday will kick off the generosity season this year by inspiring people to give back on December 1, 2020, and throughout the year.
The Patriot Golf Foundation has established a goal of $10,000 for GivingTuesday 2020. The donations will be used to provide free tuition to military veterans to attend a 1-Day Patriot Golf School during 2021. In addition to learning from some of the nation’s best golf instructors, participants will have the opportunity to network with sponsors to build relationships at the daylong event. From the lesson tee to the golf course, a day of fun, learning, playing the great game of golf, and enjoying the camaraderie with fellow veterans is the outcome our participants leave with.
“We remain committed to our mission of sharing the healing power of golf with as many military veterans as possible during 2021. Proceeds from each Patriot Golf School are shared with qualified charities that support our veterans and their families,” stated Ted Simons, Executive Director. “GivingTuesday is a great platform to share our mission with like-minded individuals and companies that want to contribute to our efforts to better the lives of these Heroes’.”
