West Palm Beach, FL (July 26, 2021) – Veteran licensed Florida auctioneer Lori Wilk, the ‘Pink Gavel Gal’ and owner of Auctions With Heart, is stepping up to help the state’s non-profit organizations hampered by a lack of donations due to the pandemic with a series of live and virtual charitable auctions beginning on Wednesday, July 28, 2021.
Wilk, a member of the National Auctioneers Association and owner of one of the fewer than 100 women-owned auction houses in the nation, created Auctions With Heart with a goal of helping to support Florida-based non-profit organizations that continue to face unprecedented funding challenges. “The adverse effects of the pandemic have impacted funding for non-profits throughout Florida like never before,” says Wilk. “Auctions With Heart was created to help non-profits facing dire shortages in donations and volunteers to survive, thrive, and continue to do their good work for the citizens and neighbors of our great state.”
Auctions With Heart will select a different non-profit organization each month to receive a donation from its monthly auctions. To help maximize the number and size of charitable donations by Auctions by Heart, Wilk, who possesses an MBA in Real Estate Development and extensive background in real estate investing and auctioneering, has implemented a unique auction listing referral program.
“Our auction listing program enables more entrepreneurs and real estate professionals than ever before to participate, and benefit, from auction listing referrals resulting in auctions conducted by Auctions With Heart,” explains Wilk. “The more auction participation we can generate, the more proceeds we can donate to Florida non-profits…and their need for funding couldn’t be greater!”
The next Auctions With Heart event takes place on July 28th at the Pavilion Grill, located at 301 Yamato Rd. in Boca Raton, FL. The event features an introduction of live and simultaneous auctions, with an auction preview from 4:30 p.m.-6 p.m., and a live auction event from multiple estates with a live audience from 6 p.m.-8 p.m. Registration is required before 4 p.m. on July 28th to attend the live auction.
