Charlotte Business Journal Hosts Event to Celebrate This Year’s 40 Under 40 Honorees
Dave Holtzman, President of Search Solution Group, was recognized at Charlotte Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 Awards on Thursday evening. The annual event was held at the McGlohon Theater in Spirit Square in the heart of Uptown Charlotte. The event provided an opportunity for the amazingly accomplished group to network, celebrate together, and learn about each other’s talents.
Over the course of the 3-hour event, each of the honorees was personally recognized for his or her outstanding work and presence within the Charlotte business community. The first portion of the event consisted of networking and mingling, followed by a unique awards presentation. Each recipient of the 40 Under 40 award was given one minute to showcase a hidden talent before receiving a plaque for their achievements. After much singing, dancing, stand-up comedy, and even an advanced Tic-Tac-Toe tutorial, attendees moved to a post-event reception featuring drinks and hors d’oeuvres. The event provided an invaluable opportunity for local Charlotte leaders to network and celebrate one another’s accomplishments.
The diverse group of award winners represents many different fields of expertise at local Charlotte companies ranging from non-profits, tech startups, law firms, and local giants such as Bank of America and the Carolina Panthers.
