The Best Companies Group and the Orange County Business Journal have selected Rescue One Financial as one of the Best Places to Work in Orange County this year. Rescue One Financial reviews Irvine California clients' financial positions and helps them obtain loans, manage their debts and better their economic situations. The company ranked 14th on the list of best medium-sized employers to work for.
The Best Places to Work in Orange County award was instituted in 2009. It is divided into three groups: small employers, medium employers and large employers. The category in which Rescue One Financial appears consists of firms with between 50 and 249 employees. Twenty-eight other organizations are winners in this category, and the entire list of winners of all sizes comprises 100 names.
To determine the winners, the Best Companies Group sent out questionnaires containing around 80 statements, which workers filled out according to a five-point agreement scale. There were also several demographic questions and a couple that called for open responses. For enterprises of 250 persons or fewer, like Rescue One, every employee got the chance to respond whereas only a subset of the workforce of larger companies was chosen to participate. The purpose of this survey was to gauge employee satisfaction and engagement, and it counted for about three-quarters of the final results. A form filled out by employers regarding their benefits programs and workplace policies was the other component of the ranking formula, responsible for approximately one-quarter of the scores.
