SAMI-Aid members can be matched with a physician on the platform’s extensive database of medical professionals based on physician specialty, patient symptoms, location, and soon price.

The tool’s algorithm will use the patient’s current location to match the patient with a board-certified physician or licensed practitioner. In the future, SAMI-Aid plans to update the intelligent physician matching tool so that patients will be able to also narrow their search results based on pricing for a first-time office visit.
