The Sheraton Universal has just completed a $25 million renovation, it was announced today by Russ Cox, Owner’s Representative.
The extensive renovation encompassed a complete refurbishment of the hotel’s 461 guest rooms and suites in order to create a modern, sleek, minimalist ambiance in a soft warm palette encompassing camel tones with touches of yellow and gray. Additionally, the lobby was completely renovated with new furnishings in shades of gray, purple, camel, and orange. The California’s Restaurant had a redo of its floor and wall coverings as well as fabrics.
Mr. Cox added that the hotel’s renovation also included a revitalization of the welcome area to create a greater sense of arrival, which will soon include new outdoor landscaping for a grand sense of arrival. The elevators were redesigned and the lighting in the parking structure was upgraded to LED lighting to ensure a bright and secure parking experience.
