The most noteworthy of this collection is the 1 oz Silver Proof and 1 oz Gold coins. The two coins showcase the coat of arms of Niue along with the coin’s denomination on the obverse while the legendary St. Basil’s Cathedral and the Tetris™ logo are displayed on the reverse. These coins are housed in round metal tins with Tetris-themed certificates of authenticity. The Silver Proof and Gold coin are highly collectible due to limited mintages with both: the 1 oz Silver Proof coins have limited mintages of 370 coins worldwide while the 1 oz Gold coin has a worldwide mintage of only 100 coins.
This collection also offers 1 oz Colorized Silver rounds in two unique, full-color graphic versions. One version depicts interlocking Tetrimino shapes on the obverse of the round and all seven Tetriminos interlockings in a 3D design on the reverse. The other version available features memorable Tetris™ video game scenes: a rocket lifting off a launch pad on the obverse along with the title screen from an early version of the game on the reverse.
