Stephanie Cadogan and three other women started a all women management group to help Artist in the music industry and then proceeded to land a major distribution and started a label called LimeLight Records. There is very few women that was able to land a major position with in the music industry in a short amount of time, in a industry ran by mostly men. Stephanie Cadogan then went back to school and earned her business management degree and decided to, change the music scene by teaching the independent Artist, the right way to put out music and how to collect their royalties, without need a label/manager or being taken advantage of.
Now she currently work beside some of the heavy hitters in the industry and own a few companies that develop Artist and a Record label that give the independent Artist complete control and a consultant firm that guides a Artist with a project. She also have a certification in artist management and also a certification from Clive Davis institution and NYU. Her next project is opening up Limelight Music Academy to better assist Artist around the world and provide them with a team to help push their career.
