Susan Zemser Israel, Owner & Founder of 3 Lovebugs and Former Owner of Entrée Boutique, was recently selected as Stylist of the Decade by the International Association of Top Professionals (IAOTP).
Inclusion with the International Association of Top Professionals is an honor in itself, only 1 Stylist is selected for this distinction. Susan is being recognized for this honor for dedicating over two decades of her professional life as a Fashion Entrepreneur, Stylist and Buyer. She was honored at IAOTP’s 2019 Annual Awards Gala in Las Vegas as Top Stylist of the Year. Susan will receive this recognition and also the esteemed Empowered Woman Award on stage at the magnificent Plaza Hotel in New York City for the 2020 Annual Awards Gala.
The President of IAOTP, Stephanie Cirami stated that “Choosing Susan as our Stylist of the Decade was a simple decision for our panel to make. Susan truly understands how the industry works, she is creative and styles beyond the trends and is always willing to make every client look their best. We are thrilled to be honoring her for two meritorious awards this year at the Annual Awards Gala in December.”
With such a phenomenal impact on the Fashion Industry, Susan has certainly proven herself as an accomplished professional and expert in the field. As a dynamic and passionate results-driven leader, Susan has demonstrated success in every role she has ever served.
Her key responsibilities include day to day shop operations, inventory, selling, marketing, business development, management, advertising, branding and style selection. Entrée Boutique is a fashion boutique in Port Washington, New York carrying women & teenage clothing and accessories. Susan collaborates with her clients to help create their look they are trying to obtain for any occasion. From Red Carpet events, to Business Meetings to weekend outfits, Susan helps them accessorize with the hottest shoes, belts, jeans, blazer, vacation wear, professional outfits to timeless pieces, the Boutique has it all.
Susan is an inspirational powerhouse, who always arrives in style. Susan not only participates in the latest fashion events and brand launches, but also considers it her proudest moments to be able to share her appreciation for aesthetics with her family, friends, and newfound audience on social media. As of December 31st 2018, Susan transferred ownership of Entrée Boutique in light of bicoastal adventures she is pursuing in the style scene. With her youngest of three children in college this coming year, Susan felt it was time to release her role as local business owner, and fly into the next endeavor of her life becoming an influence in the fashion space.
Susan earned her Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Baruch College and received her Master of Arts in Education, Psychology, and Early Childhood Education from New York University.
Throughout her career Susan has received awards, accolades and has been recognized for her outstanding leadership and commitment to the field. For 2020 she was selected as Empowered Women of the Year and Stylist of the Decade. For 2019 she was selected as Top Stylist of the Year by the International Association of Top Professionals (IAOTP) and was honored at IAOTP’s Gala at the Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas. She was featured on the Famous Reuters Building in Times Square , NYC for her selection as Top Stylist of the Year and for her selection as a Professional of the Year by Strathmore’s Who’s Who Worldwide Publication.
Aside from her successful business, Susan advises and assists in some charitable organizations such as Sunrise Day Camp and CMTA. She also participates in charitable events like Inspire Napa for research in Alzheimer’s. Previously Susan worked at Morgan Shareholder Services and the 92nd Street Y Nursery School of New York City.
Looking back, Susan attributes her success to her perseverance, mentors she has had the honor of learning from and her passion for fashion and accessorizing. When not working, she enjoys traveling, sailing and spending time with her children Hannah, Elana and Jake. She says she has been blessed and she loves doing what she is doing. For the future, she hopes to continue lending her expertise and perfect outfit compositions to her clientele and helping them shine.
