Sweft, a market innovator in digital commerce productivity software, announced that it has hired Al Vazquez as Chief Technology Officer to lead technology innovation, strategy and execution as the company prepares for rapid growth. In his new role, Mr. Vazquez will lead the vision for the core technology capabilities necessary in a world-class enterprise SaaS solution supporting retailers around the world. He will report directly to CEO Michael Robinson.

Mr. Vazquez brings 15 years of experience designing, building, and leading enterprise and B2B SaaS offerings in a variety of industries, as well as in early stage startups. In his prior roles, Mr. Vazquez has built and led product organizations that have collectively designed, implemented, and launched 10+ SaaS products comprising on-prem, cloud-native, and hybrid solutions on multiple technology stacks. His experience building and managing blended outsourced/insourced teams, as well as his executive leadership and strategy experience were major contributing factors to his selection for the role.
Mr. Vazquez joins Sweft from Pariveda Solutions where he was a principal consultant. Before joining Pariveda Solutions, he held leadership positions at Success Academy Charter Schools, Benchmark Education Company, Name.Space, BitLucid and other companies.
