New Website Design Supports TCA Commitment to Offering Full Accessibility
In support of a firm commitment to operating a fully-accessible business, The Closing Agent has teamed up with Wodu Media to implement revolutionary Artificial Intelligence-powered Website Accessibility Software technology.
Planned, designed, and developed in collaboration with people who suffer from disabilities including blindness, epilepsy, cognitive impairment and others, the new technology goes beyond ensuring that our website adheres to compliance legislation. It offers a practical, highly-usable solution that will make it fast and easy for people of all abilities to access the full range of information and services we offer at the Closing Agent.
The new software features two components that operate together to offer universal accessibility. A foreground application provides a user interface that can be customized to meet individual needs. An AI-powered background application takes care of screen-reader adjustments for the blind, keyboard navigation optimizations for those with motor impairments and other operations as needed. AI and machine learning technologies also provide daily monitoring that keeps all of our website accessibility features optimized regardless of any website modifications or updates.
