Siempre Tequila Anejo is rested 24 months in American Bourbon oak casks. This independently-owned and multiple award winning tequila is made in a small town called Tequila, in Mexico from 100% blue weber agave and is authentically crafted, using age-old traditions. With notes of Chocolate, toffee, salted caramel, black peppercorn, honey and vanilla. On the nose, vanilla and caramel are enlivened by a hint of spice and underpinned by cooked agave. On the palate there is a smooth harmony not unlike what shows in some very mature cognac. The finish is long, creamy and deeply complex. Pairs well with cakes, semi-sweet chocolate, mousses, custards, steak and lamb.

About Siempre co-founder Alex Lacroix:
Born in Ottawa, ON Alex turned away from the negative environment he grew up in after the birth of his daughter in order to be a positive role model in her life. He attended the creative advertising program at Seneca College, graduated, earning the Peter Weis Bursary. After winning several student awards including gold medals at the Art Directors Club of Canada, in his final months of college Lacroix balanced school, fatherhood and an internship at Zulu Alpha Kilo, one of Canada's top ad shops. He was quickly hired, then went on to work at Rethink and continued to win awards for brands including Corona, Audi, Molson and others. He grew tired of building others dreams and long hours away from his daughter and decided to risk it all and build a dream of his own, starting with Siempre.
