2021-07-10 16:00:00 - Silver Spring, Maryland - (PR Distribution™)

Panelists to Share Advice on Navigating Continued Uncertainty, Emerging Leadership Competencies, Implementing Racial Equity Strategy and ESG as a Business Imperative

Global business leaders in industries ranging from finance to tech to retail will gather for a virtual town hall to discuss life in the new normal and how to forge a path forward as the world grapples with reopening, the rapidly evolving leadership competency to pivot on-the-spot, and an increased focus on purpose and corporate citizenship as clients and staff demand.

At the two-day summit on Wednesday, July 14 and Thursday, July 15, India Gary-Martin, longtime global executive turned leadership expert and C-suite coach will convene the third virtual global town hall summit with 17 leaders from four continents. Like the previous summits, the upcoming Town Hall Summit 3.0 will create a space for global leaders to discuss the multitude of factors challenging operations and share strategies they are using to navigate the uncertainty. Specifically, the Town Hall Summit 3.0 is focused on the implications of societal issues like social justice and the impact on multinational business.

In five one-hour sessions over the two days, participants will share strategies for reimagining what business can do to ensure alignment with the rapidly evolving societal landscape. Leveraging a global lens, the sessions will include Race As A Corporate Diversity Mandate, Work and Life in Asia, Moving Towards A Post-COVID Business World, The Diversification of Corporate Boards, and BLM/Stop Asian Hate in The Corporate World. The summit will also feature two fireside chats -- one at the start of each day-- exploring the careers of Ric Lewis, Executive Chairman and Co-Chief Investment Officer at Tristan Capital Partners joining from London, and Beverly Israely, Managing Director and Head of Talent Development PJT Partners joining from New York. The Town Hall Summit 3.0 will close with a Special Presentation which centers often excluded indigenous voices.

“While we have always had strong representation from the US, Europe and Africa, I am really pleased that we were able to additionally include leaders from Asia in these critical conversations. Ensuring the voices of global diverse leaders and their unique contributions are featured prominently is one of the tenets of the summit. It is a very special two days that are unique in approach and content,” says India Gary-Martin, the founder of the Town Hall Summit Series.

The Town Hall Summit is free to participants on a first-come first-served basis and will also be broadcast on the Leadership for Execs Website. Register now at leadershipforexecs.com/townhallsummit.
