WESTMAC Commercial Brokerage has arranged the sale of 7143 Seville Avenue for $1,050,000.
Located in the City of Huntington Park’s medical quarter, one block from the busiest intersection in the city (Florence Ave. and Pacific Blvd.), the 3,760-square foot single tenant medical building sold to an owner/user. The property was delivered vacant at the close of escrow and will soon offer a full service orthopedic and prosthetic business.
