Fall is upon us. And for nature, this transition seems effortless. For us, it can easily feel like a mad dash of insanity as we try to do more, be more, and live up to the cultural pressures that the Fall and all of its holidays can create. Though we may feel the pressure of “more” let’s reframe the idea of “more” and take a note from nature’s playbook. Instead of adding “more,” nature adds depth to all that she does and discards what isn’t working for her in an unapologetic, effortless way.
Nature simplifies with no attachments, strings, or “I’m sorry.”
